Give yourself a break, from time to time.

Sometimes you need to cut yourself some slack.
Don't be so harsh on yourself.

When it's the right time, push yourself, get what you want, what you know you actually need.
Make a plan stick to it, if needed improvise, find a way but don't beat yourself up if it won't work out.
You get back up and try again and again and again.
